Hi, I’m Dawid,

Movement & yoga practitioner and teacher based in Leeds.

My journey with natural human movement began years ago after realising I have been spending way too much time seated in the office chair. I decided to travel to India, where I gained my certificate to teach yoga from the expert Dhyan Mandir Ashram.
Since then I have dedicated my life to discovering the most effective methods of exercise in order to improve both mind and body.
